Custom-Made Products

All our leather journal covers are handcrafted to order based on your specific choices, including leather color, elastic color, hardware, and optional personalisation such as embossing or charms.

Because each item is made specifically for you according to your selections, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made products. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), personalized and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at happymadecrafts25@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the problem. If the claim is approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
