Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are handcrafted with care and are processed within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Norway: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Norway orders are handled under the VOEC scheme — VAT is collected at checkout, so no additional import VAT should be charged upon delivery.
For US customers: If you are located in the United States and select the PostNord shipping option at checkout, all customs duties and import taxes are covered by HappyMade Crafts. No additional charges will be applied upon delivery.
For US customers choosing other shipping methods, customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at happymadecrafts25@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
